Terms & Conditions

General Terms and Definitions – Applicable to All Plans

• Megamodel Classes:
Standard global land cover classes continuously improved by TytonAI: Tree, Shrub, Grass, Sedge, Herb, Litter, Bare Ground, Erosion, Water.
• Custom Classes:
User-defined classifications for species, genera, site-specific features, or any classes not included in the Megamodel, but before any payments are made
• De-identification:
The process of removing any identifying information relating to project name, client identity, site name, or geographic coordinates prior to any external use, including Megamodel contributions or Community Library availability.
• Mega Model Training Data:
All training data for Megamodel Classes contributes to ongoing improvement of the Megamodel, using fully de-identified data.
• Community Library Access:
All users may access Community Library datasets using their allocated credits, regardless of whether they contribute Custom Classes.
• End User Licence Agreement:
All Plans are subject to acceptance of the Tyton AI End user licence agreement (EULA). This is available for review after an account has been created, but before any payments are made

TytonAI Plan–Specific Terms & Conditions

Basic Plan Terms
1. Data Contributions
  • • All training data (Megamodel Classes and Custom Classes) is automatically contributed to the TytonAI Community Library.
  • • Tyton may validate, curate, enhance, redistribute, sublicense, and commercialise contributed data, including Custom Classes.
2. Plan Limitations
  • • Custom Classes cannot be kept private under the Basic Plan.
  • • Basic is a single user environment; credits and storage cannot be shared between users
  • • Credits expire at the end of each billing period
  • • No intra-organisation data sharing or multi-user workspaces are available.
  • • Partner programs are not available
Professional Plan Terms
1. Data Contributions
  • • Users may choose on a per-class basis, whether to:
  •   (a) contribute Custom Classes to the Community Library and earn credits if adopted; or
  •   (b) keep Custom Classes private within their organisation.
2. Internal Data Sharing
  • • Professional Plan users may share models, training data, and Custom Classes between authorised users within their organisation using team-based multi-user workspaces.
  • • Credits and Storage are shared between users with the same organisation. Credits do not expire provided there is one active user subscription
3. Plan Limitations
  • • Flexible billing, licensing, and enterprise support.
  • • Custom integrations such as SSO and API access are not included in the Professional Plan.
  • • Storage is cleared 14-days after expiry of the licence of the last organisation user
  • • Limited participation in Partner Programs
Enterprise Plan Terms
1. Data Contributions
  • • Users may choose on a per-class basis, whether to:
  •   (a) contribute Custom Classes to the Community Library and earn credits if adopted; or
  •   (b) keep Custom Classes private within their organisation.
2. Internal Data Sharing
  • • Enterprise Plan users may share models, training data, and Custom Classes between authorised users within their organisation using team-based multi-user workspaces.
  • • Credits and Storage are shared between users with the same organisation. Credits do not expire during the term of the agreement.
3. Enterprise Features
Included options for:
  • • Dedicated onboarding, training, and support.
  • • Multi-year agreements
  • • Access to custom integrations (API access, SSO pipelines).
  • • Participation in partner and data sharing programs.
Plan Switching Rules – All Plans
How are data contributions affected for custom classes
  • • Switching from Basic → Professional or Enterprise:
      All data contributed while on the Basic plan remains available in the Community Library.
  • • Switching from Professional or Enterprise → Basic:
      Any Custom Classes previously kept private will not automatically become public unless expressly contributed.
  • • Switching from Professional → Enterprise:
      No change to data privacy unless user explicitly changes Custom Class sharing status.
